Oh anyone know how to get sound out of this? I haven't heard a single sound coming out of this game yet and no, it wasn't my volume settings.

There's a bug with sound at the moment. There is a workaround: Hold F3 and press S while in-game.

Here's a picture of the giant phallus of fire.
Serves your right for angering the peen gods :O

multiplayer's a total pile of shit. Just a bunch of people trying to destroy your structures because they have nothing better to do.

Anyone else try making any logical gates yet with the redstone things? The only thing I could get working was an AND gate...
Edit: If anyon's curious... here's a list of gates you can make in this game: (Taken from their wiki):
http://minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Redstone_circuits
The NOT (¬) gate
Repeater (Two NOT gates)
The OR (∨) gate
The AND (∧) gate / Tri-state buffer
The NOR (⊽) gate
The NAND (⊼) gate
The XOR (⊻) gate
The XNOR gate
The IMPLIES (→) gate
Latches and Flip-Flops:
RS NOR latch
D Flip-Flop
JK Flip-Flop
T Flip-Flop
And last but not least, clock generators

Wow, they both look almost identical to MineCraft. I would hazard a guess that MineCraft's terrain generation is likely better.

Got into

Very interesting and I can see the attraction (or addiction). I spent a couple of hour there and it seemed like minutes
Going to have a good look at minecraft today.

To the people that havn't bought the paid version of minecraft, you're missing out, big time. You can play the paid version online too, however other players can't be killed (yet).
I don't even know how some of you can play cubelands... it's the same game but with less content.
It's only $13 US, which when it's not alpha anymore, apparently it will be like 30. You get updates for the game for the rest of your life, so you might as well just buy it now before the price is doubled.
