Actually, hes half a moran... The problem is Black Ops was coded by blind monkies, and you have a 50/50 chance of it running smooth or runnling like horse shit because they can't code for toffee... People are STILL suffering on the PC. I used to get the stutter bug where I would pull about 30FPS max, and then it just fixed itself over night when they updated the servers. But a lot of people still have it. Even still, Black Ops on XP has a huge advantage in the FPS department... I wouldn't expect any less from the COD B-Team...

Intel Core i7 950 3.06GHz, Asus P6X58D-E Intel X58, Corsair XMS3 4GB DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel, NVIDIA BFG GeForce GTX 295, Creative Labs Fatality Pro X-Fi Sound Card...
But its not shopped. Like I said, performance in Black Ops is random as tits. I know people with BETTER rigs than me who get worse performance than people I know still rocking GTS 8800 cards...
It was coded by people with no hands, it seems...
EDIT: Also its cute you think I have de brainz to figure out all that msec shit as well which will match up. Dingleberts.
