nah, it worked fine just dusted it out and applied new thermal paste, no clue what was wrong with it, still have and it works fine.

Not even close. I own both and the 560Ti is quite a bit faster from my experience. All the charts I've seen from various websites have been inconsistent with each other and my own personal testing.

My recommendation after 3 months of observation and in-game comparisons on my machine is that the 560Ti is a better purchase than the 460.

aye the 560ti is faster then the 460gtx

although, the 460 still can hold it's ground.

I just switched from the GTX 460 1Gb to the 560ti and I agree, it's definitely the better buy. And yes, the 460 is still a very valid card.

my 460 is rocking aswell, everything up on skyrim/MW3
