ACP > Forum's permissions > Fall to Void > Group's permissions > All groups > Custom permissions > Others > Increase posts count SUM > NEVER
Is it correct?

Administrators, please, do not check my spelling, I have my forum in czech version.

I still can't see the Czech version...

If the forum appears to you, just register and you can make many topics, you want ;-)
If not, just wait for new web design, link to forum will be in.

One small help: My forum is based on same technology as this forum. So you max know, where you can change languange of board.
