Quick story
I damaged my lower back a day ago while putting on socks, planning to go for a longish walk as I do.
Pain, terrible, eye watering pain. I immediately applied heat and lay flat for a couple of hours. Ah, relief at last.
I then rang the local medical practice/surgery where they have at least 6 Doctors and asked for an appointment to see a Doctor that deals in musculo-skeletal problems just to be sure. Two names were offered.
Doctor A: First appointment was 27 March. March! Doctor B was 27 February. Ridiculous time to wait for treatment
