I wish I could enjoy a drink every now and then but i'm a moron and took it too far in my late teens/early twenties. Consumed so much daily I had tremors, shock, etc when trying to stop. I've been sober for just over two years, but now I have heart palpitations and PACs dozens of times daily. That shit better go away eventually.

Not even sure why i'm telling you guys this; I guess mabye just a warning to not let it get out of hand. It's still unbelievable to me that alcohol is a legal substance, with the actual damage it can cause in the hands of an idiot (like me).

You'd better get a check at your local cardiologist for your frequent palpitations. Something else might be at hand. Or you could have a residual damage caused by a thiamine-deficiency some alcoholabusers might develop cause of their monodiet.
