It looks a bit cheesy to me.

I would have ditched the cheap looking surface mount ceiling fixture and went with some indirect LED lighting on the shelves. The cabinets are not appealing to me and look out of place. I'm also not sure why you went with different handles the doors and drawers. Maybe skip the handles all together. Not a big fan of the brick either. But I guess it matches some other finishes in the house. The drywall finish on the wall to the left looks rushed/patched too.
