in one of the related articles they also completly miss the point
"crap players say in an MMO"
followed by a list of oldskool RPG words. MMO doesnt mean RPG, guys :E and even if it did, those words werent born on the intardned.. WOTC has been using them since the 70s >:A

The intention behind it may be good, and who can blame parents for wanting to make sure their kids are safe online? But the whole thing conjures up images of middle class parents trying to converse with their children in "leetspeak" over breakfast:
