I just use Mwheelup and Mwheeldown to change weapon ;/

T=forward
G=back
F=strafe left
H=strafe right
X=jump
C=crouch
Used to have the weapon keys around those but haven't bothered with resetting them since the format.

rmb - forward
x - back
z - left
c - right
space - jump
ctrl - crouch
But likc cooldown said, make it comfortable for you. Most people look at my setup like I'm insane, but it works for me.

d - plasma
f - shotgun
g - grenade
v - lightning
