Speaking of all that, I just blew some cash on a pair of sennheiser earbuds and they fucking own. They actually do a better job of getting rid of background noise than my old noise-cancelling jobs - and I don't have to completely fuck my ears over trying to hear my music above the noise of the Victoria line.
