1r@ 102
1r@ 108
1r@ 114
1r@ 120
1r@ 110
1r@ 114
1r@ 120

So I'm up to 2x hang power cleans at 70kg

Andyman - have you ever had bar fear? I think that's stunting my progress with my cleans

lost my momentum three times - one trip in march, surgery in april (plus recovery), and a trip in may. Still, doing well - pendlay rows at 210lb, deadlifts approaching 300lb for 5 reps. Gonna reduce frequency of lifting once I start up tennis again next week.

Butt's looking awesome though - will try to take some photos soon ;)

275 on bench PR the other day. My quad is healing and today I did 275 on squat as well. Will hopefully feel better after my physio appointment on monday.

I signed up for a 15K run in November. It's extra challenging due to some height differences. Here's a Google translated version of the website. It shows the route and has a height chart:

Good luck with that man. I ran 10K 2 weeks ago and was utterly destroyed. Really got to work on my endurance.
Did you do any long runs to work up to this?

So far I've done a number of 5K runs and I did a 10K back in September or October or something. I barely got any exercise in after that so I got some training ahead of me. I'm planning on running a 10K in Gouda in September this year.

I must admit that a 15K is a huge undertaking for me as well. I once said that I'd never do a 10K and I ended up doing that so this time I figured hey, why not? I'm not expecting to break any world records. If I can do it in less than 1 hour and 45 mins I'm happy with myself.

Hope you have a good run.
Seriously, I'm far more impressed by the distance people can run than by the weight they can lift
