Maybe because it's easier to relate to? Or maybe because the actual lifting of a weight is an effort that takes a couple of seconds while running 15K takes god knows how long

at gym today a buddy saw me setting up the barbell for some pendlays, and assumed I was about to do deadlifts.
2 sets of 3 reps @ 221 pounds. Weight is definitely moving up slower than with lighter weights, but still hitting my chest.

hehe i suck at overhead - can't get my arms far back enough. Next time I go to physio I'm gonna get them to figure out why. So frustrating. I've been told its due to tight lats, someone else told me its due to tight pecs. Need to figure this out!

most likely a tight chest.
and then today i power cleaned 105kg at the end of the session to put the bar back on the rack, turns out it was a 3kg pr lol and pretty easy
