Started rehab today, injured my hip flexor in a game a couple weeks ago and now my hips are out of alignment. The inflammation was so bad that it caused an infected lymph node in my groin. Shouldn't have played through the pain for so long.

just make sure you keep TWO testies

Hockey? A friend of mine had to have a double hip replacement when he was ~29 due to hockey injuries. Apparently his hip sockets were so worn they were rubbing inside his pelvis causing lots of pain :/. Dangerous game!

My mentor and supervisor at work for the last five years announced yesterday that she is leaving and going off to travel the world for the next six months "before it's too late" (she's in her late thirties). Re: What is new in my little world: Besides the ISP/ADSL saga that should be rectified tomorrow, I will have to venture to the shops, challenging the crowds to grab some last Christmas gifts and then off to the bottle shop for some classy champagne for Christmas lunch with the family.
