If the ping is that bad on the pc, then there is no way i'll ever play it. i hate trying to compensate for high lag, it takes ALL the fun/strategy/skill out of the game.

9 out of 10 times i connect with 160+ ping...1 time out of 10 i will connect at 80-100. even at that it gets jumpy depending how reliable the host is. they better fix this shit...

on 360, you have approximately half a second from when you first see a guy to get the hairs on him and shoot continuously otherwise you are dead. At least the thermal scope is pretty cool for long range.. makes it real easy to see fockers.

I'm able to tell just how laggy the game I'm in is depending on how far around a corner I can get before an enemy with no line of sight is able to kill me.

With all the money they just made, is dedicated servers really that out of the question? It doesn't make sense to me.

So what's the verdict here people? Seems like a South Park school mascot election here, Turd Sandwich or Giant Douche.
I don't have a current XBL account, but that can easily be remedied. I hate playing FPSs on consoles, but I did get COD:MW for my 360 originally. After getting it for the PC just for the MP I swore I'd never go back, but now...

Buy the 360 version. I am coming out of XBL retirement to try the spec ops mode in this one, that could be cool.

it gets hard to like the game when you instantly die as soon as you see someone and go 2-23. 3/4 of the instant one ht wonder kills were from an m4 wtf
