no. gonna have to revise your theory
Dang.
seremtan wrote:being 'flagged' clearly means little more than being on a database, like being on a no-fly list (the flag only pops up when you try to fly). it doesn't mean their every move is watched 24/7
Aye. idk if he was flagged or investigated but if he was just reported by a foreign country it's likely that he only joined a list of many thousands. Depends on the info gathered, if they missed him then you would hope they wasn't sitting on a mountain of imminent danger.

Thought some of you might like a butchers at this -
One of the Boston bomb suspects was added to a terrorism database 18 months ago at the request of the CIA, officials have told US media...

...Officials said Tamerlan Tsarnaev had been added to the Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment (Tide) on the request of the CIA.

The database contains as many as 745,000 entries, and individuals on that list are not necessarily on the so-called terrorist watch list.

About six months before the CIA requested his name be added to Tide, the FBI asked the Russians for more information about Tamerlan Tsarnaev but received none, and closed its investigation.
Something I noted -
But the Associated Press quoted two unnamed officials as saying Dzhokhar Tsarnaev had been unarmed when he was captured.
And a motive ?, weak as...
In bedside questioning, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has said he and his brother were angry about the US wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

But the brothers are not believed to have had direct contact with a militant organisation, politicians said after closed-door briefings.

It is suspected the brothers became radicalised online.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-22289200

I seen a separate article somewhere saying that he was denied citizenship because of this, younger brother was granted and was done to avoid detection. I can try to dig it up ?, entirely unsure on its reliability.

It's obviously obvious that this misha character was a FBI/CIA agent who was building a case against these bombers. He wanted to get a big bust for his flying career so he radicalized the moron older brother hoping he would do something retarded. The agent then lost control of events that he put into motion...

If misha never materializes u can bet this is the case...

Have you actually managed to form an opinion ?. No doubt he's using info the rest of the world has access to and referring to the bombers parents to prove their innocence or finding photos of people that were not involved and getting labelled as a patsy for the FBI/CIA, from photos that were likely released by the FBI/CIA. Yep, he sees a plan 99.99*% of the world missed.

amirite ?
