probably would've gotten a 9 out of 10 had you watched it properly.

you watched it with commercials. you would have gotten more out of it had you watched it at the theater or on a different format.

I don't know if it was on the BBC (didn't watch it myself), but if it was, it wouldn't have had commercials.
The BBC don't run commercials.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and even if it was on one of the other terrestrial channels, it wouldn't have been as bad as if it were on US TV.
You get a 2 minute ad break every 30 minutes during a movie most of the time on UK commercial stations.

Loved it :)
Yeah i got this on DVD the other day. Aside from the AWFUL packing of the SE compared to the normal version, I found the film really quite good. May watch it again later.

The first two are excellent, I was impressed with Ashton Kutcher's directorial debut and by the lack of predictability in that movie. Man on Fire is rather gritty, Denzel does a great job of portraying a very flawed, tormented man.
I have Million Dollar Baby at the house, haven't watched it yet.

I saw War of the Worlds. Pretty good, nice effects especially in the audio. Without spoiling it, the ending boh sucked and was cool. The suck ass part was with the family and the cool part was with the aliens.
