well i haven't lifted in weeks.. i want to get my squat rack back from my bud so i can at least start squatting every day again

did an olympic lifting comp 3(?) weeks ago and totaled 198kg... lifetime best was 225kg. don't have a powerlifting total, heavy bench likes to tear apart my shoulder. overhead stuff is fine though

i lost all my leg strength after the thumb and hip injuries

numbers were 82/87/90x and 100/106/111. the last clean and jerk might have been up on my shoulders for a few second but it felt like half a second because it landed in the wrong spot and was a blink from passing out lol
old numbers a year ago were 102/125, barely
