How good a race was that? Right in the last 2 laps hamilton loses his vital 5th place, and then manages get 5th back in the final lap. Incredible. I'm so glad he won, it would have been awful to lose the championship again. Ironic how he's been on the podium most races, and on the day he wins the whole thing, he's not there.
Rather than the dry tyres necessarily being the issue, is it conceivable that glock wanted lewis to win the championship instead of massa and slowed down to let him take 5th place?
im now going with dry tyres in a wet race, glocks times did tumble and you could see him trying to get the power down in the last wet bend.... so hmmph, him and hamilton did race in gp2 ? tho i think, so maybe

Well, you can't ask for a better finish to a season than that! I feel bad for Massa's family, celebrating with all the Ferrari guys before they got the news that Timo Cock let Lewis by. Jesus!
Massa couldn't have driven any better, and how about Vettel? Holy crap that kid's got some talent!
I was depressed as usual after the end of the race, another season gone. Shitty results for Williams, hope they do some real work in the off season to bring that car along.
I have never been that tense in a race before. When Vittel went past my heart sank, but Glock on slicks in the pooring rain?! Why not eh? If he had pitted Hamilton would have won, because he didn't pit Hamilton won. Mature race by the young lad. All he has to do now is defend it next year and he will go down as an all time great.
What a race. Bring on 2009. Bring on BBC (no adverts). Bring on the HD goodness.
