never really got to the point where i was gonna post pics since i messed up my first pct and this summer was my 2nd cycle (of juice) and i just ran test for 8 weeks and deca for a short period...i got 3 months of test coming up, experiencing is over and you can kiss your collective asses goodbye

Cool. Do those springs or whatever get loosened up over time or do they more or less stay the same over the course of your practice?

very very slightly after hundreds of reps, they will get looser but not by much. I've had the 1.5 and 2 for 4 years now i think, they are both a little easier than a new one but it's not by much.
On monday I got to use a haydraulic hand dynomometer and pulled 138lbs on the right hand, didn't do the left because i was interrupting the training session of some baseball team that was using it. they got dominated lol
this is a good site to buy them from, the guy will measure the tension of each gripper as an option so you know what the actual poundage is. Working on the GHP #6 right now, rated at 134lbs. About an 1/8" to go on that one.

I need to get one of those. Do they actually make your grip strength stronger? I don't like needing chalk above 450 lbs

they make your grip a whole lot stronger. follow a gripper program and you'll see improvement in a week for sure.
my right hand is ouut of the game for the next few weeks though. had an accident while mounting a white board to the wall at work today:

finally been back to lifting the last couple weeks. so far, snatched 93kg, clean and jerked 115kg, back squat 138kg and front squat 120kg.
legs are steadily coming back after a loooooong break
