some lifts from saturday, pr'd my back squat with a lifetime high of 160kg/352lbs and then got to do some video with an iphone 6 and the 240fps slo mo.
Kind of really want an iphone 6 with no carrier just to use the slomo feature! Too bad it's pricey.

Loving the slow-mo work! I am getting a Go-Pro for a snowboarding trip and planned to use the 120fps for looking at my lifts in the future.
PRs for me...or at least getting back into the swing of things...are as follows:
70kg (154lbs) strict press
170kg (374lbs) dead lift
135kg (297lbs) back squat (had a little more in the tank, ran out of time)

Competition today, went 88x-92x-92 in snatch and 113-118-121 in clean and jerk.
I had made the 88kg snatch no problem but dropped it before the judge said to (oops.) Then missed 92 behind, and then made it a minute after. I felt good enough for 95kg or more but blew the first two attempts.
Clean and jerks went much better and finished with a 2014 and competition PR of 121kg (lifetime best is 125). I expect to be in the 130kg range by next summer.

I was so in the moment on those lifts that I couldn't even feel the bar or the weight... only knew where I was in space lol
also took 2nd place in my weight class (94kg, weighed in at 90). out of 3 people. haha
