My parents are in their late 60's and they don't have a land line.

I am confused or you're baiting me :smirk:

I thought his point was, I had to walk to answer it (the telephone). I don't carry my telephone (mobile or cordless) about so I still have to go to the cordless handset or the fixed wall-phone even 1 of 2 mobiles to answer so I am confused MKJ unless of course I completely misunderstand.
scared? wrote:why do u even need a landline though? u have to walk to it to answer it....seems like a waste of time...
As above I have a landline to provide my broadband internet connection; telephone calls made on the copper cable pair are a bonus!

My question to the players here, how do you get your internet connection? Satellite, cable (HFC), wireless, copper telephone line?

Yes I will, because I don't want to leave three young children behind without a dad because he tore the skin off his flesh in a high speed crash.

One might reason that if you're that worried about going down and leaving your children fatherless, you probably shouldn't ride at all.

Keep it on two wheels and enjoy.

I did and thankfully I bought a December 2106 build. I read in that link you provided Κracus
The affected engines equipped with a 2-liter or 2.4-liter Theta 2 gasoline engine produced before August 2013
Other than that
(1) I visited my son today (90 minute drive) and had him install my new crash/dash camera for my new ride. I bought them lunch an Maccas in appreciation :D
(2) Signed up for a VPN :D If you hadn't heard, in Australia a Federal Court ruled ISPs block The Pirate Bay, bittorrent and the like websites

Welcome to the cbr club. If yours is anything like mine it'll be a great first bike to own. Be mindful of stopping distance and don't tailgate. Otherwise it's a very dependable bike, mine started up first try after letting it sit 4 months like it was just run the day before.

Oh also the silver plate by your foot will rub off on your riding boots... buy silver boots? :p

Yeah, listen to Kracus. He knows everything about, well, everything. Next he'll be telling you that passing between cars is dangerous and how you have to be extra cautious when riding in rain.

Actually it's a aerial shot of your wife's vagina. No matter what I did I still couldn't zoom out far enough. :olo:
