Don't forget the sound-proofing rock-insulation, goof. May also consider a layer of donnacona board on the inside, underneath the drywall layer. It's a 5/8" fibreboard layer that greatly improves soundproofing and likely heat retention as well. Secure it to the framework with a compressor powered staple gun for greatest of ease. If you want to be a nazi about soundproofing, offset the seams of the two layers (donnacona & drywall) so that the donnacona seam does not line up with the drywall seam and thus provide a crack in the shell for sound to travel through. Make sure you do your vapour barrier before these though.
