I have pretty good chest development. Its just not symmetrical as I would like. That's why I'm hitting chest twice a week.

10 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches

50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box

Time cap: 20 minutes

Exercising for time is never a good idea. Body fatigues, form gets worse, injuries happen.

All I can say is, know your limits and never let competition compromise them.
