Your framing, anchoring, sheathing and weather proofing are all questionable. Sorry, but I can't arsed with typing you an individual "how-to" instruction manual. Maybe you should contact a reliable contractor before you go much further. Lol wtf ur not associated with construction...if so lol...
Framing is great. 16 on center and 2x4's are code here. I used the same sheathing builders use around here all the time. Plywood is not used around this region. Felt works just as good or better than any newer house wrap...especially in this climate. Builders just wrap cuz it's faster to install. My father in law is a home builder and he says everything looks great...
U sound like a bitter moron...

I like the way there is a 6 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor.
Also, check out this midget's reflection in the door:

Scale from everything else in the photo, I'd say 5'2" - 5'3" tops... lol pathetic little shrimp.

Re: Car port conversion...
Geoff left the 6 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor so that he can enter the room while the door is still shut.

I see you're placing the doorknobs extra low so you're also able to enter the room the traditional way.scared? wrote:No wonder school was too hard for u...u can't tell a gap from a threshold...gg moron...
