Your framing, anchoring, sheathing and weather proofing are all questionable. Sorry, but I can't arsed with typing you an individual "how-to" instruction manual. Maybe you should contact a reliable contractor before you go much further. IJS.

Lol wtf ur not associated with construction...if so lol...

Framing is great. 16 on center and 2x4's are code here. I used the same sheathing builders use around here all the time. Plywood is not used around this region. Felt works just as good or better than any newer house wrap...especially in this climate. Builders just wrap cuz it's faster to install. My father in law is a home builder and he says everything looks great...
