Not really... The cheap 85" is 3400, the one we got was 5k... The next size up from Sony is 60k...

The non budget, way more expensive than y'all can afford television will be delivered tomorrow... Gotta wait a week from Friday for speakers... Then however long those homos take with the carpet... Then luxury theater seats arrive after that... It's all coming together!...

If you're putting together a theater shouldn't you have gone with a 100"+ screen and HD projector?

No, the cabinets I'm putting around it wouldn't fit and 85" is plenty big and looks much better than the projectors...

Still kind of small for theater seating.

I want to set up a 2 row, 8 seat theater in my game room. But I haven't been able to convince the wife to get rid of the pool table we hardly ever use.

it's not small at all...maybe too big...according to theater expert morons, the first row should be 150 inches from tv...if i did that i couldn't fit the corner bench and table in back of the room...read up dipshit and get back with me...

Gramps assumes you should have a 100”+ screen regardless of room size...

Hes right though. An 85" tv thats $3k is budget. The XBR77A1E that's $10k isn't budget.....understand?
