imo a better case can be made for the Saudi's having more sway over American policy than Israel but somehow certain people always seemed focused on Israel and a belief that they are calling all the shots.

Would you care to tell me which shit exactly Israel is at the heart of? Are you saying Al Quaeda would end it's war if the U.S. cut off aid to Israel but kept it's presence in Afghanistan and or Iraq? Are you saying the UK got bombed because of Israel?

I would never say "The Jews" are responsible for anything. Some Israeli Zionists on the other hand, are deceptive and manipulative. Coupled with the amount of our tax dollars that are given to them in aid; and our greedy, supplicant professional politicians in Washington who let them spend it on lobbying and influencing our policies, it does cause problems.

I never said they were responsible for the bombings though. I'm just posting some articles I came across. I don't think it's impossible that they knew about it, especially knowing how well their spy services work over here. :icon8:
But I don't think, or have any reason to, that they had anything to do with the actual bombings.

As far as the Saudis, they probably have as much control over our country right now, but in a more indirect economic sense. Israel, it's turning out, has had a lot more direct control over our foreign policy than anybody really wanted to realize.

Anyway. Of course I'm sorry for any Brits who were affected by this, and I wasn't trying to hijack the topic or anything.

I think if you take Israel out of the equation they still invade (although I do wonder exactly how strong that neocon Israel lobby is)

The invasion of Iraq was/is about making money and 'American security' imo

translation of 'American Security'- the ability now and into the future to exercise power and make money

edit: keep in mind that Iraq was not a real secuirty threat to Israel. Yes Saddam paid $25000 to the suicide bombers but the bombers are doing it for martyrdom and or revenge, the money didn't really matter.

Wolfowitz, Perle, etc., etc. Go read through Raimondo's columns and you'll see that the American government is infested with Zionists. They don't even try to hide it. Clinton's administration was the same way, and Clinton was a rabid supporter of Israel.

I don't know why London was bombed, I don't know that Al Qaeda had anything to do with it. I also don't believe that we would have invaded Iraq if the entire Israel situation didn't exist, because I don't think that we invaded simply for oil. It was a large part of it, but not the whole reason. And as far as "American security" being a reason, there is no "American security" in the Middle East. It's Israel's security.

edit: Just read the last line of your later post. That makes sense, at least as far as securing oil resources goes. My point is that Israel's security is a prime concern for the US, which fucking irritates me.
