I'm listening to some tracks from SLash's new collaborative album where he performs with Ozzy, Iggy Pop, Fergie, Dave Grohl, and others. I'm not fan of most current stuff and couldn't name one song Fergie sings if I had a gun to my head - but she has a decent rock voice. But overall I don't care much for most of the songs here.

By the Sword [with Andrew Stockdale of Wolfmother] is brilliant

Ghost [first track] and the one with Dave Grohl are also decent. Aside from that it's pretty average.

Chemical Brothers and Massive Attack. They both have new albums out.

Yes, I still play vinyl on a turntable, but only occasionally. I'm definitely not an audiophile. My turntable is a bottom-of-the-line cheap sony model.
I just kind of like the experience of vinyl... the big artwork, nostalgia, the warm crackle and pop that you get in the sound.

I don't have too many albums, but those I do have cover a wide range. Elton John, Pearl Jam, Michael Jackson, Classical, Bing Crosby, Live, Scott Joplin, Julie Andrews, folk, Gershwin, Dave Brubeck, John Denver, etc.

Most of the time, I listen to CDs or mp3s.

It is nice to hear people like you are still about
