Here's one where I didn't go for a look that was quite as surreal.

Miss some of the intricate and subtle stuff at this small resolution.

great pics tnf, i also love the epicness you can achieve with hdr, though theres always a fine line between making something natural and artificial. you have a good eye for photography.

Did a senior portrait shoot early today too. Really made me remember how much I hated having my own done. Got to go learn how to post process those fuckers now.

tnf. I've been on that same spot - back in the day - and, at the right time, seen that bridge look just like that. Won't admit to shrooms, but it looked exactly like that. This is my favorite from you to date. Awesome.

Another Great Blue Heron in flight from awhile back - was really lucky I even had the exposure remotely correct as the bird had just gone from a setting with a bright blue backdrop to the darker river. It's not HDR, so forgive the fact that it sucks. Speaking of, Form just sort of vanished, didn't he?

Some more of the local area - I still do shoot normally exposed images as well, a lot of them, but the HDR is part of an ongoing project and I'm trying to get as much practice in with it as I can. Some normal shots in here as well I think with just some curves and other cs4 work.

Those last three really are something else, the last one especially look like an illustration

you might want to find an imagehost that isn't autofiltered, like imageshack

This one was one of the more impressive I've ever seen in terms of color - sky did literally look like it was on fire.











This was a very cool sculpture but I never got a shot of it I was happy with, HDR or not. Did an HDR and then did a sort of vintage look with it by some tweaks in CS4 but still need to deal with the bright halo around it.

Those pictures are incredible tnf. Really nice.

Question - why does a photographer like yourself suddenly find himself at Quake3world posting pics? Just curious how you came across this little corner of the internets. Glad you did though, awesome stuff.
