Actually that has no effect on the case at all. I can distribute them else where if I so choose, while denying you the ability to distribute.

Just because you mirror some thing, doesn’t grant you the originals permissions.

You really do get more hilarious by the day.

1) You're a carpenter not a business man. You've already admitted this to riddla so trying to sound important now by dropping "business partner" is laughable. Also, your buddy in Calgary isn't going to be able to do anything for you since it isn't his script, it's yours.

2) Your script uses common methods and is simply a rearrangement of someone elses copyrighted work. Both of these things mean that you don't have any copyright claim under US or Canadian law. Better do some more homework NoLife.

3) Canadian ISPs don't share their customer's information like US ISPs do.

4) The admins here at most would be able to give my first name and IP. Other than that I haven't given them any information (which they aren't about to share with you anyways)

By all means step up and try but you're not going to get far in suing "Tormentius" from "a Quake gaming forum on the Internet" for a copyright which can't be enforced under Canadian law. All you're doing is showing yourself to be more powerless and pathetic by the post
