ask for one. it will be perfectly justified and they should give it to you if you've got more responsibility. they'll respect you more for asking too, unless you go mad and demand loads. also request more than you really want and then they'll knock you down a bit, so in the end you both win. :icon30:

i have more chance of being mad director than getting a payrise mod year. I should get a fair bit in April tho...i hope. And a tidy bonus
