Ouch.
Islanders @ Leafs tonight and they won't shut up about the DiPietro dealie-o. Who gives a shit about some shitty b-grade goalie getting massively overpaid? Raycroft's back btw, backed up by Tellqvist since Aubin is out with the flu.
So tomorrow night is the one year anniversary of Jiri Fischer almost dying. Damn that was a scary moment, was watching that game live
Sens will try to get a win over the Wild tonight to start picking up their pieces. They've got skill and this last couple games they've played as a real team. I doubt they'll turn it around this season though. But the Wild lack Gaborik's scoring prowess as he's still out with the groin problem. Let's see how it turns out, might be a close contest.
Jagr scored his 600th career goal just over a minute into last night's game. Well done JJ.
And Teemu Selanne, what an unselfish, skilled playmaker he still is. Could've had 5 goals last night but decided to turn them into assists. Good stuff Teemu, true leader of the Ducks :icon14:

Hahahah, fight night indeed :icon32:
Let's see now, Buffalo destroyed Toronto 7-4 after they were up 2-0 in the opening stages.
Sens continuing their winning ways, knocked off Philly 3-2 with 30 seconds left in OT.
Let's not forget Teemu Selanne scoring the 500th goal of his spectacular career! Go Teemu!
Currently watching the Calgary-Chicago game. Only Kiprusoff's fellow countryman, Tuomo Ruutu, has been able to beat him in this game :icon1:
Oh and Kipper is substantially leading all goalies in the all star balloting. Woo!
14 games in the NHL tonight :icon25:
Oh and that was a VICIOUS hit on Franzen by Mitchell in the Canucks-Red Wings game. Too bad Detroit doesn't have any scrappers.

Calgary 4 Chicago 1
Again with the Kipper :lub:
And Iginla played an awesome game as well. Never let go of the puck in the attacking zone, scored 2 goals, made things happen, backchecked ferociously, etc. Good stuff, Captain Iggy.
And what was up with Lundmark at the end? As soon as the game ended, the camera went to Lundmark tussling with a Chicago player, both lying down and going at it. Lundmark threw some powerful punches and came out on top. Didn't notice any penalties called on the fight. And you gotta love Jamie McLennan's attitude as a backup goaltender. Always smiling and supporting his teammates and having nice chats with Kipper at the end of each game. Calgary is playing as a team and good things are happening.

It's nuts, I know friends who lined up the night before at the ticket office just to be able to get a couple of games. Not unlike PS3..

Make sure you vote for Kipper and Selanne in the Western Conference :icon26:
