im gonna camp at a midnight release, just for the hell of it. this is my life

Well some stores around here are open midnight anyway, so i'll pick it up then. Wont get to play it until the next day, I'm only going down to get in the paper.

I've noticed every mag seems to love it, best game ever etc... Except IGN. IGN's review was a bit shite tbh, i mean, its only two pages long... Which is ok, but you see msot games get 4 pages at least.

The main issue was the guy is a PS3 fanboy (He fucking praised the cell for gods sake), and he just doesn't get Halo. Simple as that.

What's to get? The series is lame.

I tried it out a long time ago (played some of the first level of Halo 1) and was incredibly bored by it. But after I played more of the other levels, I really thought it was enjoyable. I haven't played 2 (or 3 for that matter). Probably won't for a while either. But some time, maybe I'll get to it. What didn't you like? Did you play through the games?

Anyway, some people like it, so they're getting it.

Halo's just a generic shooter made famous by being the original XBox's premier launch title.

Oh, and it's not exactly hard to be the number-one online console title, when quite frankly the competition is so piss-poor.

I guess what I'm really saying is that no, I won't be buying Halo 3.

What’s with the love or hate and halo? I don’t think its ground breaking at all. The reason I like that game is because of the Forbidden Planet look and feel and I loved the idea of the halo itself. Would have made a great book.

For the record, I thought H2 was a bit poor in game play and story.
