Bikes are comparatively overpowered I've noticed.

I was curious how they could have bikes and cars racing vs each other... as generally on a "tracK" a bike would win hands down. Either of you experienced players care to detail a bit about it?
I see the cornering complaint, and the "overpowered" complaint... just not sure what to make of it.

It's definitely not a completely realistic physics model as the bikes don't win hands down...the bikes do corner much worse in game it seems and any rubbing with a car is going to impact the bike more dramatically than the car...it seems to even out a bit in the end. I still haven't played the game enough to really speak about this with experience though...

That part makes perfect sense. At first seems that would be the way to "inhibit" the bikes, but then you have to realize they should not be neear any cars .5 seconds after a green light/flag.
Kinda curious how "real" the bikes are as opposed to something like MotoGP.

It's basically a question of how much time and effort you want to invest. Arcade racers are fast and fun. The others are fun for people who put in the time to reap the rewards. Same with lots of games, not just racers.
Wow, all that to point out the word also. Check out the big brain on Brad.
rofl.
bumping this dinosaur and wondering who's got the MS force feedback wheel for pgr4 and/or forza 2 and how you like it. kthx.

Works amazingly with Forza 2, unfortunately it's complete crap with almost every other racing game. Also unfortunate is that I never tried it with PGR4 because I was playing with bikes only and never raced with cars...
I still play Forza with it once in awhile, it ownzors.
