I don't think it "changed" the way the world looked at the US. We've been a target for hate for many years. This event only intensified the hate. Something that the US didn't need or it's people want.
lol. The world had held America in high regard for many years (because of the most effective propaganda campaign in existance)....and the world rallied behind the US after 9/11. I'm not talking about "the terrurists" hating you (cause they always will). I'm talking about normal, everyday people who used to think you guys were cool...now they don't.

And our dollar isn't losing vaule becuase other countries dislike us, you dimwit. There is a myriad of reasons and the cost to fund this war is just one of them.
I don't need you telling me why the dollar has shrunk. In fact, I told you months ago your dollar was dropping and why it was dropping when you were busy bashing the Canadian dollar but you ignored me.

One of the main reasons the dollar has dropped (in addition to the many other reasons) is that confidence in AMERICA ITSELF has dropped to historical lows. When other countries decide to stop trading in dollars and use other currencies it affects the dollar's value. It's not just Alan Greenspan and the Bretton Woods 2 system's fault.

Stop trying to sound smart. I just doesn't suit you.

Criticism becomes pointless after awhile. For someone to feel so strongly about something, for so long and do nothing but complain is lunacy. Furthermore, you still haven't offered anything but the obvious.

You hate America, great. We get it. Move on or do something about it.

The world hasn't been holding us in high regard, you assbag. They've been a fucking leech. They've sucked from our hind tit for years. All they were doing was kissing ass to get funded. Shit, the funding debt we've excused could probably get us out of debt today. As far as the "cool" thing goes. lol. Most of the world watches the US for trends, depends on us for support and calls us to protect them. Fuck, we're the poster boy of cool and always will be, no matter how much you dislike us.

America is heading for a breif recession that we will rebound from, as always. I guess you would say we deserve it. Well you'd be wrong. I know how you like to paint the EVIL AMERICA picture with your broad brush. But it can't and doesn't apply to all of us.
Stop trying to sound smart. I just doesn't suit you.
Here's a tip for you. Whenever you get to thinking that you're smarter than me. Look in the mirror and laugh at how ridiculous you look. Becuase that's exactly how rediculous that thought was.

Seriously...I could dissect every single one of your points to show why you're incorrect...but that'd be as pointless as bashing my head against the wall.

Not a loss for words. I've simply decided not to waste my time on your idiocy. You're too stupid and have too twisted a view of what's what I'd spend the next 10 years explaining it to you.

Ever think where China might be without the good old USA? Oh yes, and conveniently look past the last 100 years when making your posts. That always helps...

It's okay to criticize the war. It's okay to criticize the previous baathist regime for that matter. It's also okay to criticize your ignorant redneck bretheren who are over there peeing on arabs.

we did that lot once upon a time. europe's record on democracy-building, while far from perfect (i.e. most of africa), is streets ahead of the US right up to the present day, and includes such countries as canada, australia, new zealand, india, the US, and most recently by absorbing former commie republics in eastern europe into the EU - just to name the unqualified success stories. by contrast, the neofags go on and on about their one moment of glory in post-war germany and japan. since then, epic failure

Oh ok, so America knew right from the start that invading Iraq was going to be one of the most unwarranted, worthless, horrendous fuck-ups in history, inducing seething hatred from the vast majority of the planet, yet went ahead and did it anyway.

Have your opinions and be against everthing that the US is today. That's ok. As a matter of fact, I encourage everyone,s individuality. I don't think it's wrong. But FFS, at least come up with an alternate solution if you're going to rage on and on over time.

The people of the US understand the situation. Look at Bush's approval rating.

I don't support our presidents beliefs or his actions. However, I do support the men and women that have no choice but to uphold them...

I'm sure you knew the exact outcome. Too bad you're not an advisor to top government officials. You could have saved the world. Imagine that.

Doesn't that just mean something along the lines of 'The path was chosen, it's littered with landmines, it's full of ravines, but it's chosen and we'll follow it till it ends or we end'?
Not that supporting the troops is bad, it's quite good actually, but that's like saying you will always support the wehrmacht no matter what, just because hitler was the one that made the bad decisions and the wehrmacht had to follow. And the fact that those people that actively try to put a stop to the path chosen somehow get their reputations dragged through the dirt at the best of times.
