The people that ditched 2015 started up Infinity Ward right away and signed CoD with a publisher very quickly, so you're probably correct in some way.

But perhaps they didn't agree with the powers that be at 2015 in terms of creative freedom of what the next project should be, fairness of wage/working hours/conditions, etc and wanted their own thing.

Or maybe it was all because of hookers and beer.

I still have the pic I edited where it showed inolen's check and I edited it to say "Not Horka Thane" somewhere I think. I could have sworn it was 10k (I know now it was 25k). It's Ok, I only remember the relevant shit and if I don't it wasn't that important. At least that's what I tell myself.
