That top one, that's a bloody big rock there.
Reptiles excrete solid(ish) uric acid as their form of nitrogenous waste - this saves them from having to waste valuable water, so it would make sense that there would be some uric acid crystals stuck in the bladder. Wouldn't be fun if they had to pass it.
