Wallpaper is Bubble v2 from http://www.ultradesks.com/
Icons are Milkandonised from http://rimshotdesign.com/ and have Windows versions

Thats odd, I deleted the screenshot I took and linked to here, so my webspace is automatically rediecting it to the newest one. Anyway, theres an app called Candybar, which lets you change pretty much every icon in OS X, so I used an icontainer called AlBook to replace all my apps' icons.
