I'm liking the S4 more and more. Its surprising how quickly it downloads and processes web content. Images and videos display with near PC/Broadband speeds. Since I got the internet working as a hot spot, my only other bitch would be about the touch screen. It's really taking a bit of getting use to. Since the screen runs edge to edge it sometimes interprets your holding fingers as actual touch commands. It also seems to be a bit finicky at times to touch commands. Sometimes a firm touch is too light and sometimes barely grazing the screen is enough to activate a command. However, I'm still very happy with the phone. If you're considering a new phone this one should be at the top of your list.

Seriously though, I just realized my phone life has become stale. Prior to the iPhone 5 I bounced from phone to phone testing candidates for our next corporate standard. I would usually have a phone for a few months then hand it down to test the next one.

The iphone works for the most part but has been lacking lately mostly due to the cramped screen and now the biggest issue is no application to use my Google All Access subscription. Last week I said my mobile support, I'll give up my iphone if Verizon releases the HTC One.

I went nearly 3 days without having to charge the GS4. Off the charger Monday @ 7:00am. Back on the charger with 6% battery life today at 2:00 pm. That's using everything. Email updates, music player, app updates, web surfing, etc. Needless to say I was quite surprised.

I too am pleasantly surprised by the S4's battery. A colleague of mine however got his S4 two days before i did and his battery manages to die in half a day. Mine tends to last about three times longer, at least. Spent a while messing with his phone, for some reason Google maps and Google+ were going mental and were both draining his phone at a surprising rate... Google+ was disabled and updates were rolled back to factory settings, which helped. Google maps was strange though, he wasn't even using that app but it was clearly doing something complicated in the background, didn't quite figure out wtf that was all about. Maybe there's a gremlin in his phone.

Anyways, well chuffed with the S4, what a sexy beast. I especially like how i can now do things like set my alarm clock by barking orders to my phone

Also, the camera on the S4 is amazingly amazing... my god, the detail is disturbing.

At some point you really shouldn't care anymore. If you want quality pics get a real camera.
