Kracus, you'd have struggled to beat my time trial laptimes in NFS2 back in the day (if you played that game), I used to spend hour upon hour practising a new track and car combo each week (no assists) for a competition on another forum, I even recorded a fastest lap in europe for some track that I can't remember now. I never bothered with racing though, just time trials. Behold the amazing, incredible, spectacular driving of DRuM!
Ok DRuM those are ok lap times if that's all you can afford and imma let you finish...
...but I am the baddest motherfuckin driver on this forum, chump. I am the motherfucker who drove a half-second off the world record lap on Circuit Gilles Villeneuve with a 1:12.810 in F1 2010 while completely blazed. Not sober or merely half-buzzed...but blind stoned out of my skull, motherfuckers.
Just last night my friend recorded me on my new camera doing laps with F1 2013 in my driving rig as we took turns blasting around the Brands Hatch track in the Ferrari F1-87/88C. I was beating his lap times by 12 seconds and pulled 3 laps in a row within 0.01 of my fastest lap (1:04.602). And that's with me and my friend driving on the track for only about 45 minutes (combined) and neither of us having seen the track beforehand. And I was doing those laps blasted outta my tree after finishing a massive bowl...fagg0ts.
I don't know why my friend was moving the camera and zooming in and out like that...he said he was trying to get a framing that looked "hand held real life" or someshit as the graphics in 2013 are pretty photoreal ...whatever... fuck u...
Any driving game, anytime, any car, any track...you give me 1 hour's warmup and I'll leave you in the dust you rancid cunts.
Come at me bros...

You should have seen some of the tracks I made for that game (awesome free tools btw). Too bad they were lost in a HDD crash.

lol I just noticed in the video I posted...I actually improved my laptime by 0.01 when I thought I was over by 0.01. Blazin trails while blazin bowls. Don't be hatin...wait until I've really put some practice time on this track. Fuck I own.
fuck u...

Lol GFY, that's like watching an old man taking a sunday stroll. It's more likely you drove a half-second off the world record for the slowest lap. This is what you need, some real energy and speed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGsX4hBt79w
And when I did this lap, not only was I blind stoned out of my skull, but I was fucking 3 women up the arse while driving, steering with my nose. Beat that!

lol driving with the raceline on...
u needing someone to hold your nose...er...I mean your hand?
And listen to those gear shifts...pure torture. I remember from a video before you were always late on your upshifts. You'd blow the engine up after 5 laps IRL. The tires would explode in 6.
P.S. Oh yeah...and I noticed you're "cheating" by using the higher-positioned camera. My lap times decrease dramatically whenever I use that view, but I prefer to use the cockpit view to keep it fair to what real drivers see while racing. Trust me, with the two dropping corners of the Bahrain track, you'd navigate them differently at cockpit view. If you need this along with the racing line to compete...well...I'll let you have that crutch....fagg0t.

Here's some real driving. It's me fucking about navigating traffic for shits and giggles in F1 2010 on the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve and still tracking awesome laptimes with no racing line needing to be drawn for me and an honest cockpit view, motherfucker.
It was recorded on my old camera so fuck u...

The wheel is wide and thick enough to feel really good and solid without being too heavy. The buttons feel nice as well. The force-feedback pushes back as nicely as a sheep on a cliff. The rumblepack is really loud, but it feels great on your hands for cornering feedback on curbs. Good build-quality hardware all-around and I highly recommend it.
Also..I've noticed that F1 2013 doesn't use my wheel's rumblepack at all. Silly programmers.
Actually, now that I think about it, F1 2013 hasn't been as "plug & play" easy to setup with my wheel like it is in F1 2010.
I bought F1 2013 only recently and haven't really gone balls-deep into it yet, so I'm guessing it's just me needing to do a proper setup.

how do you secure the foot pedals on the floor?

Velcro strips on an area carpet, held in place by the driver's seat. There are rubber pads on the bottom of the foot pedals, but those don't really grip on floors, let alone carpet.

Of course now it's too ridiculous to even mine a single coin and @ 1000$ per coin I ain't really in the mood to invest in something that's about to crash... I might pick up a few coins next crash though.

Yeah...F1 2013 is garbage and the reason I can't set my wheel for the game correctly is because the game features "dynamic steering ratio" that speeds up or slows down your steering inputs based on where you are in the track. If you're on a straightaway the steering ratio is reduced so that you don't jitter all over the place and if you're in a corner, the ratio is increased so that you can take the corner quicker.
The reason they did this was because of console tards - playing with controllers - bitching about F1 2010's driving model as being "too unforgiving"...due to it being, you know, realistic. So from F1 2012 and on they completely changed the driving model to suck balls for anyone using a steering wheel. Codemasters, the people who claim to respect their audience (F1 racing enthusiasts) would rather cater to drunk frat boys who load up their game on a beer-stained console. I never noticed the change because after F1 2010 I didn't want to simply get a "roster update" for the newer versions. The only reason I got F1 2013 was for the classic race cars and tracks...and in this game even they suck. Fuck Codemasters.
After capturing this video of a few test laps where I was trying to get my wheel to cooperate, I uninstalled that absolute POS in disgust. It's a pretty game and is nice to look at, but that's it. It has the worst driving model I've seen since Test Drive Unlimited 2. Fuck Codemasters and fuck the future of this series.
