I did because that acually has practical use in a Bo staff kind of way. This one changes the saber into a bastard sword and the light-hilt looks like it causes more accidents than anything.

interesting how in this technologically advanced galaxy a long time ago far far away the combat aircraft still target by sight alone, using reticules, like WWII Spitfire pilots

so, big frickin' lasers, but no targetting system - except the one that Luke turns off at the end of Ep4 at the suggestion of ObiWan, which mysteriously only works on static targets like exhaust ports. wtf :olo:

Remember that the exhaust ports are "5 metres" wide and an experienced pilot thinks hitting that target is "impossible, even for a computer".

Actually re: the targetting system, Darth Vader uses one to target Luke Skywalker but has trouble getting a lock on, saying "The Force is strong with this one!".

Also I think you'll find that some sort of targetting system is briefly displayed in the Millenium Falcon when they go up against Tie-Fighters.

so a 15ft wide static target is impossible to hit at reasonably close range even by a computer. the ones on the Falcon are just the digital display of a physical reticule. the gunner still has to do everything manually. this is the kind of anachronism i was pointing out

don't have a nerdgasm, chump

(also, why doesn't Vader use the force to lock on to Luke, instead of relying on the obviously shit-tier computer on his Tie Fighter? because George Lucas, that's why)

The first 6 star wars movies were terrible so it wouldn't take much to make a decent movie in comparison... Even with a black guy in the lead?...

Episodes 4, 5, and 6 are the only episodes to be acknowledged. I shouldn't have to tell you nerds that...

That lightsaber is really retarded. I hope they keep the fanservice at a bearable level.

I'd be glad if they left out Boba Fett.
