Good catch, but that had to be posted.

Hi rep, what are insulin and glucagon? Oh sorry, you don't know anything about homeostasis.

What about iron deficiency in vegan diets? How's that covered, then?

Rationalize your stupidity any way you want. You display the mark of a true moron in that you hold on to your retarded theories in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary. And still fail to refute my claim that your argument is as logically sound as inphlict is mentally stable.

rep wrote:Oh yeah, as far as the B-12 and protein stuff goes, vegans have it covered. I'm never tired, in fact I'm more energetic than I was when I ate meat... Far more energetic. I've not only trimmed down, but it's easier for me to gain mass and cut than ever before. I'm the healthiest man in my neighborhood, and besides my normal work out routines, I can attribute it also to my diet.
That has nothing to do with what I posted.

I was in for a yearly physical in March and I was told I was one of the healthiest people he'd seen in five years.

I'm far from dying, much to your relief. Now entertain me with some more contradictory statements. REP SAYS THIS, FORUM SAYS THAT. Funny shit.

Those are pretty raucous statements there, deadman.

You're, what, 25 years old? Most people who attend the doctor are 75 and have had at least one heart attack. We don't see healthy people, so you're not on to much of a winner there.

Probably not. As long as the formant remained in tact, it would sound like he was actually singing it. It wouldn't chipmunk or sound unnatural.
way to completely and utterly miss the entire fucking point of my argument. I'm not saying it would sound unnatural - i'm saying you'd LOSE INFORMATION ABOUT HIS INTONATIONS since you're ADJUSTING HIS PITCH.

The pitch patterns that he originally generated would be lost, because your adjusting them to match the melody.

And the fact that there are subtle informational cues to be found in pitch intonations means that these cues are erased.

I have 11 year old students who would be able to understand this concept with half as much effort as i've dedicated here.

That would require me to be wrong. I'm bored of being right, though. Are you ever bored with being unimportant?

Edit: Wait, I'll try. "Doombrain has had intercourse with a member of the opposite sex." Wow, it is boring.

That's not a great gain. Most people almost double their reading speed with the first few sessions. I'm not to the 1200 words per minute level, but when I am I surmise that I would in fact be missing some of the information, however at half that speed I would find a comfortable speed where I have full comprehension of everything my eyes scan. The human body naturally doesn't lift much more than 200 pounds, but when super athletes are conditioned to power lift weights in excess of that, 200 seems like a peanut. Understand?
I'm stunned at your inability/refusal to address my points. My gains were irrelevant. The main point of my post (which you didn't respond to) is that even if you quadrupled your reading speed, this does not equate to quadrupling your comprehension speed, since the bottleneck in reading much material is the amount of time it takes to understand material - not just process the words on a surface level.

Perhaps this explains why you never respond to posts properly - you're zooming by at 1000 mph and missing all the important shit.

You also didn't respond to the idea that the increase in speed many people experience during that demo, is due to temporary conditioning. Nor did you respond to the part about the japanese doctor they promote as being a leading brain researcher.

A yearly physical, huh? Well those are certainly the most informative ways of discerning one's health. Did you have a titer done while you were there, as well? How about a CBC?

My physicals always have great results. My CBC and Base20 counts are all in optimal ranges. Blood pressure is great, etc. Oh yes, and I eat meat. So what is your point, exactly?
