For the record, it's a program, not a Dashboard widget. It's called iPulse and you can keep track of mem/cpu/hd use....i've also set it as an analogue clock and it shows the moon cyclus :0

There are many skins for it and you can change every colour and transparenct level.

Besides your icons being wrong and the theme being poor, the transparencies in Vista blur what is behind them.
