Well I bought one of these to see if it helped with nailing my lower stomach muscles. I did 4 reps of 15 sit ups on the highest setting Monday and I am only just in a position to start doing them again now. It fucking destroyed my stomach in ways I didnt think possible!

at this point not much i think... i moved dips to a different time of my workout and it's not working too well in the end. i could never get back to what i did 2 summers ago, i think my max was 125lbs for 5 reps, my own weight was 172 lbs at that point.

I was in between sets today, resting on the bench, when a guy comes over and starts taking the weights off one side of my bar. I mean, WTF? I looked at him and said "Hi. I'm still using this, I have one more set to do." and he apologized and ran off. But really, while I'm still on the fucking thing? Men have been killed for less.
Welp no more running or jumping for a while... was playing soccer last night and was continually damaging my right foot and it was pretty bad this morning so I went to the doctor and they x-rayed it, fractured the big toe and sprained my foot in two places. I can still do a whole lot of stuff though. Definitely going to be on the erg a lot more.
