				Here's more
I thought I'd be adventurous and all nat-geo like and climb onto the roof... that was just fucking painful

They had a little display in the hospitality room

I like this one, I said 'hey picture time' and all three whip off their hats and hand comb their hair at the same time lol even the bald guy

One of the MANY vietnam vets there...

The old guy is on the WWII Demo Jump team (and still jumps), the young guy is on the 101st Demo jump team

Another of the bagpiper, this was the first time i had ever heard one in person... he played some marching tune on the way in and on the way out he played the Army song, I was THIS close to singing at the top of my lungs lol

There were 23 WWII vets there, most from the battle of the bulge

Here's all of them together... once in a lifetime shot if you ask me..

next month I'll be shooting the St. Patricks Day parade with them and since it's in the daytime, the pictures will actually be clear for once.
And then the month after that, they do the opening game for the Tampa Bay Ray vs the NY Yankees, and I'll get to be on the field snapping photos trying to look like I know what I am doing with an entire stadium looking at me... oh fuck what have i gotten into...

That guy top row, 6th from the left, is that Earl "One Lung" McClung, one of the 101st E Company vets interviewed on Band of Brothers?
The guy on the right:

				Hey camera buffs...
I just bought a new p&s canon. While talking to the sales person, I mentioned that I had a CF card fail with my old camera. She asked what brand it was and I told her SanDisk.
She scoffed and said "that's the worst brand for memory. It's not surprising yours failed."
Sooooo.... I need an SD card for my new camera. Should I really be staying away from SanDisk? What should I buy?
*Will post shots from new camera soon to compensate for advice request*

I've taken over 100,000 pictures on SD and CF cards with Sandisk and never had a single one give me a problem. I checked with a couple other photographers who I am working with from time to time and they had the same thing to say. I like Sandisk because Costco sells it. I do need to find the cheapest bang for your buck UDMA card so I can use the 10 FPS feature on this camera for a full 120 shot burst occassionaly. You can pull of 10 FPS for a 10-20 shot burst before it can't keep up using the 30MB/S card, but after that its slowing down a bit.

I've been using Sandisk pretty much exclusively the last several years (in cameras, mp3 player and phones) and not once did I ever have a problem.

I may have a lingerie shot coming up...but a tasteful one that I don't think will fit the tastes here.

Not my idea for the shoot - she wants one for her portfolio, but I'm always willing to expand my artistic horizons.

not trying to show you up, but earlier tonight I shot some overweight jailbait posing for cars and myspace pictures.
Also got some good burnout shots and let it be known: I DO THE BEST BURNOUTS. NO ONE ELSE CAME CLOSE.

Massing of the Colors at some church... probably the most boring and pointless thing ever but the rotc kiddies probably enjoyed it. I, on the other hand, was bored senseless... I actually got bored taking pictures so that should tell you how boring it was, but here's a few anyways

I found an old Hawaiian outfit of mine from 1976. My nephew sported it for the camera.
