But have you had your hands on a device with a larger screen? When phones were only used for making calls, I didn't care at all about the size of the screen. But, smartphones having the functionality that they do now, I can't stand trying to read .pdfs, web pages, or anything like that on a small screen. I think that the Evo screen is indeed a bit on the large side, but I think it really does the trick. I don't think I'd want something like the size of the Dell streak, that's bordering on tablet PC...Doombrain wrote:i find the iphone big enough really.
I agree. Even the iPhone is a bit annoying to have in my pocket when sitting.xer0s wrote:The iPhone 4 is perfect in size. I wouldn't want anything bigger going into my pocket. There's not a lot of room down there anyways...amaright fellas?

On both! Verizon is actually terrible in town here. Voice quality is shit, data speeds are slow. Its quite horrible. AT&T really has this area on lockdown. But eh, its a free line i dont pay for.Nightshade wrote:He's on Verizon anyways.

I do wish the Evo had the same internal memory that the DroidX does, that 8Gb is the shit. I just use apps2sd and it's not a big deal, but still, wtf HTC?

One of my co-workers has the X and it's screen doesn't glare any less in the AZ sun.SOAPboy wrote:Id like HTC to stop using those glossy ugly LCDs that glare to fuck in the sun, my aria is horrible in sunlight and the incred was fucking unusable outside. Droid X isnt to bad so far.
Droid X showed up today, its pretty damn slick so far.

awwwwwww yeeeeeeeeeeour man John Gruber just put up a lengthy post on the long-rumored CDMA iPhone for Verizon in which he says the mythical handset is codenamed "N92" and has reached "engineering verification test" (EVT) status. According to Gruber, that's just one step below "design verification test," which is what that stolen iPhone 4 prototype was -- meaning the CDMA iPhone is apparently just two hops away from production. Mix in persistent rumors of large CDMA chipset orders these past few weeks and a dash of AT&T hinting that exclusivity might be over, and it's sounding like ol' N92 could well arrive in January as first reported by Bloomberg -- perhaps at Verizon's CES press conference. In Gruber's words, "the CDMA iPhone is no longer a cold storage, keep-it-alive-just-in-case-we-need-it project."
Clinging? You're such a fucking idiot, goth.SOAPboy wrote:Yes. Because thats not real coverage, and you know it, Stfu. 10 block radius here and there isnt shit.+JuggerNaut+ wrote:
