Possession.

If you would grade a movie by how long it lingers inside your head, this one is up there.

It's an oldy (1981), but I'd never seen it before.
Really alienating, being situated in dreary Cold War Berlin, with a lot of Big Acting, symbolism and metaphores going on.
Sam Neill is an outstanding actor, and so is Isabelle Adjani...what a gorgeous woman.

It's about a woman who leaves her husband because she's in love with...something else.
There's some violence and gore, but the psychological complexity is what's really frightening.

The Hunted = 8/10 - Entertaining flick which is basically Rambo meets The Fugitive. Great performances and good knife fights but some of the editing and camera work made parts of the film seem amateurish.

The Way Of The Gun = 8/10 - Good flick with a great story.

Wall-E 7/10

I'm giving this one a whole extra point for having the balls to put a really critical message in the film and laying it on there pretty thick. Other than that it a more serious film then i expected from Pixar, not so much hilarity at all...

Is that the film with Benicio Deltoro and Tommy Lee Jones? I forgot all about that movie. It was awesome.

Hancock: 4/10 Decent premise, poopy pants execution. The mythology angle was a weak tack on goof and the story had no center.

Final Cut: 5/10 The movie raised neato philosophical questions up the ying yang...then promptly submerged them under the dead, uninteresting storyline of what motivates the main character's interpersonal creepiness. (hint: you learn the answer within the first 10 minutes of the film).

Yep. Very good in all aspects and Tommy Lee Jones actually played a different character which was refreshing.

As mentioned, the knife fights were very cool...some of the best I've seen in movies. I'm curious if the knife attacks they used during De Toro's military training is the same technique used by the real military for an effective, almost-guaranteed kill. Fucking vicious.

Last movie fully watched was American Psycho, which I give a 8/10 for the fact that it was all in his head.

That's the thing about the ending that I didn't quite understand. I wasn't sure if it was all in his head or if it actually happened but his perception of it was fucked. Hilarious movie nonetheless.

Hancock - 3/10 - Could have been so much more :(

Wanted - 7/10 - Good film, see Angelina's arse (very nice) but does make me think she needs to put some weight on and go back to her size in Gone in 60 Seconds

Dirty Sanchez: The Movie - 9/10 - Disgustingly Brilliant :D

"Feed me a stray cat"
According to Mary Harron (director) it's meant to be left open to interpretation as to whether it was all in his head or not in the movie. In the book it's all in his head.
