The stain glass one is at the Hockey Hall of Fame. I like the shot but in this case colour might have been nice.

Love the moon shots andy. Ever tried trying to grab a shot of anything else, like Mars? Or is your scope not powerful enough?

can i get a shot of uranus ?

The scope can handle it, but the tripod it's on is not nearly steady enough for pictures. Mars would require a longer exposure, so it would need a tracking mount. Believe me I would love to get pictures of other things... but here in Tampa there is so much light pollution, plus we're at sea level. If I could get up in the high mountains away from everything with all my gear and a tracking mount I'm confident I could come away with some real nice pictures.

What scope you using? I've got a shitty Celestron, but it's fun...

Jah... I second this motion. Take a weekend camping trip and bring your stuff to the top of a local hike/camp location
