I bought a new additional lens yesterday for my Nikon SLR.

Yes, I was going to buy online but the postal/delivery charges and the risk of damage put me off.

I shopped around locally and got the deal I was looking for and a cash rebate from the manufacturer sweetened the deal

man i wish... it's been so nasty out the last few months, even taking the bridge pictures was a sweat fest. when fall/winter comes around it will be back out, and with a vengeance.... got the astrocamera working, can't wait to see what kind of images it can pull.

Rioters looted and burned stores, vandalized vehicles and taunted riot police who tried to block access to parts of a predominantly black suburb of St. Louis after a candlelight vigil to an unarmed man who was fatally shot by an officer turned ugly.
