At the time I didn't know which site to post as they were and are still a different set of numbers. Statistics :smirk:

If this thing stretches into November in the US, which it likely will, there will be a huge influx of voting by mail that our system can't handle. Drumpf has already admitted that he thinks Democrats would vote more by mail, and has been pushing conspiracy bullshit about fraud for months now. He will absolutely use that as a pretext to question the validity of the vote if he's not looking good in exit polls. Imagine the absolute anarchy if he refuses to acknowledge the vote. I'm worried that we should look at how he's handling the protests now as a preview of what's to come....

I had a test on Saturday after waking up at 5am feeling like shit.

Booked it on the NHS website at 05:30 and had it at 11:00. Came back negative on the Sunday around 15:00.

I was disappointed, lol. Kind of hoping it was positive so I knew i'd be clear. Still think I had it in Jan but we can't get the antibody test on the NHS yet as they are working through key workers.

Admirable

Since the easing, one of our neighbours has had family/friends over every day, multiple kids horsing about in the garden (sun - fair enough), no distancing whatsoever.

Our quarantine is extended AT LEAST another month, thanks to retards frolicking and grinding on each other daily without a care in the world.

Also this
Hundreds of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the Toronto area were not flagged to public health officials because of a mixup between two hospitals, CBC News has learned.

The positive tests were completed as far back as April but the 12 public health units involved were only notified about the oversight in the past few days. The bulk of the cases involve people living in Toronto, Peel Region and York Region.

The oversight means thousands of contacts of the confirmed cases were not traced by public health workers, potentially contributing to wider spread of the coronavirus in recent weeks.

I'm seeing way too many ontario plates driving around New Brunswick. Stay the fuck out of this province fuckfaces. Not to sound racist either but most of them are asians driving around in BMW's and Porches. This isn't a big town and I have an eye for nice cars and I'm on the road a lot so when I spot these I know they aren't from around here. Province needs to step up and lock down those borders until other provinces get their shit together. We had no cases here for 3 weeks straight until some asshole doctor from the North decided it'd be a good idea to go for a visit to quebec and NOT self isolate when he returned. Now a fucking old folks home and some kid has covid.

It's definitely possible. I know a few people who are convinced they had it back in December and January as well, but not sure we will ever know for sure.
